Cali Kasten is a classically trained musician with a knack for the business world, resulting in a distinctive combination of creativity and analytical expertise. With a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovative solutions, Cali excels at tackling new problems, making things better, and getting stuff done (especially when scaling and optimizing data pipelines and SaaS products).

She is currently a Senior Product Manager at SPINS, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Product Intelligence. Her primary focus lies in developing software solutions for internal teams responsible for operational data processes, as well as external clients in the CPG industry who leverage this data for actionable insights and analytics.

Before moving into product management, Cali held positions specializing in process improvement, data quality management, data analysis, and project management within tech companies like Mintel and Grubhub. She has experience leading cross-functional groups, as well as serving as a people manager, employing a balanced blend of pragmatism and empathy to coach, advocate for, and support her teams.

Cali graduated with honors from DePaul University where she received her B.M. in Performing Arts Management and was the 2017 Awardee of the Edes Foundation Prize for Emerging Artists. She holds Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I), Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP) and Six Sigma Champion (SSCC) Certifications.
